What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, mobile, class, board, subjects, school and optional parent contact) and learning data you create in the app (doubts, notes, tests, study plans, live class transcripts and progress).
Why we collect it
To personalise your AI tutor, generate study plans and revision schedules, track progress, run your subscription and keep your account secure. We do not use student data for advertising.
We never sell student data
Studora AI does not sell, rent or trade student data. We share data only with the processors needed to run the service — cloud hosting and database, the AI model gateway that generates answers, and Razorpay for payments — each bound by contract to protect it.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Row-level security means only your signed-in account can read your records. Profile photos are kept in private storage with short-lived signed links. Passwords are hashed and never visible to us.
Your controls
From Profile → Security & Privacy you can change your password, download a full copy of your data as JSON, delete your learning history, or delete your account permanently along with all associated records.
Children
Studora AI is built for school students. Students under 18 should use the app with a parent or guardian's consent, and a guardian may contact us at support@studoraedu.com to review or delete their child's data.
